Join Me for Our Autumn Series + Sunday Sangha

Starting Monday, September 15th, we’ll begin a month of yoga practices, meditations, and reflections to support us as we move into Autumn. This series is designed to help us feel steady, connected, and resilient through this season of transition.

What’s Included

Over four weeks, you’ll receive:

  • 1 weekly embodied flow practice (60 minutes)

  • 1 weekly embodied Yin practice (45 minutes)

  • 1 weekly guided meditation (30 minutes)

Each week will explore themes inspired by the elements, as well as philosophical and psychological ideas of Autumnβ€”supporting us to navigate change with balance and clarity.

✨ All practices will be recorded and released weekly, so you can enjoy them in your own time, as often as you like. They will remain available until October.

Sunday Sangha

We’ll also gather for a weekly online Sunday evening Sangha at 9pm Paris time. This is a space to connect, share reflections, ask questions about practice, life, or yoga, and lean into the support of community.

Each month I’ll also offer a book recommendation, which we’ll reflect on together during the Sangha.

If you’re looking for a fully embodied yoga experience that is inspiring, supportive, and nourishing for the body and the mind, I would love to welcome you into our global community.

Each class blends breathwork, kriya, strength, balance, and flexibility training to move energy and support usβ€”collectively and individuallyβ€”on the mat.

  • A device to watch and practice.

  • Ideally, a second speaker or device to enjoy the curated practice playlist

Once you’ve selected your days and times, you’ll be added to a WhatsApp group where I’ll share the Zoom links, playlists, and class recordingsβ€”so you can enjoy the practice in your own time.
