An E-RYT500 and Embdodied Flow Teacher Trainer, Jess guides you home to yourself through trasnformational movement, breath, and meaningful meditation. Having lived in Bali, she shares its most authentic gems, shaped by her deep love of Hindu philosophy and culture.
