This training focuses on Vinyasa + Yin as complementary practices, blending intelligent sequencing, Yin Yoga principles, functional movement awareness, yoga philosophy, meditation, and nervous system regulation.

The curriculum is designed to support strength, mobility, resilience, and balance while remaining accessible to a wide range of bodies and experience levels.

Youโ€™ll explore energetic anatomy and yoga therapy foundations to better understand how to adapt practices for diverse needs.

While weaving together dynamic flow and restorative stillness, the course emphasizes skillful, conscious, and sustainable Vinyasa + Yin teaching.

Lanka Yoga Sri Lanka

Lanka Yoga is an intentional, purpose-built yoga training facility set on the tranquil waters of Koggala Lake in southern Sri Lanka. Rooted in a deep connection to nature, the space is designed to support stillness, study, and inner transformation.

The venue offers a quiet lakeside setting while remaining close to local amenities, with comfortable accommodation across three room types. A spacious, treetop yoga shala forms the heart of the property, complemented by a variety of outdoor areas โ€” from the pool and grassy lawns to secluded corners ideal for reading, resting, or meditation.

Much of the fresh vegan food served on site is grown in the propertyโ€™s own vegetable garden and fruit forest. Sustainability is woven throughout the design, including recycled materials, solar power, rainwater collection, wastewater treatment, and energy-efficient systems.

With inspiring views of Koggala Lake from every room, unique architectural details, and easy access to nearby beaches and surf breaks, Lanka Yoga offers an environment that is both grounding and expansive.

Yoganica embodied flow

In our training, we teach the Yoganica Embodied Flow Method for Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, a multi-modality practice integrating Prana Flow Vinyasa, Kundalini Kriya, Taoisim, Buddhist Pyschology and Somatic Yoga Practices. This approach moves energy, cultivates awareness, and deepens the bodyโ€“mind connection, accessible to all levels. While exploring these interwoven practices, the course primarily focuses on our unique, fluid, intentional, and transformative yoga practices.

Prana Vinyasa

This module explores Vinyasa as a breath-led, intelligently sequenced flow that unites movement, intention, and energetic awareness.

Youโ€™ll learn to create creative yet sustainable sequences using wave-like transitions and purposeful pacing, cultivating strength, fluidity, and presence.

Emphasis is placed on responsiveness rather than rigid choreography..

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is taught as both a physical and energetic counterbalance to dynamic movement.

Youโ€™ll study long-held, floor-based postures through the lenses of fascia, joints, and meridian theory, learning how to guide students safely into stillness.

This module highlights Yin as a powerful practice for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deep embodiment.

Somatic Movement

A gentle, inward practice that helps students reconnect with sensation and release held tension. Somatic practices guide the nervous system toward greater ease and awareness while cultivating fluidity, alignment, and mindful embodiment.

Somatic Yoga strengthens the bodyโ€“mind connection and prepares practitioners to move safely and intentionally through more dynamic practices.
