Lanka Yoga Sri Lanka
Lanka Yoga is an intentional, purpose-built yoga training facility set on the tranquil waters of Koggala Lake in southern Sri Lanka. Rooted in a deep connection to nature, the space is designed to support stillness, study, and inner transformation.
The venue offers a quiet lakeside setting while remaining close to local amenities, with comfortable accommodation across three room types. A spacious, treetop yoga shala forms the heart of the property, complemented by a variety of outdoor areas — from the pool and grassy lawns to secluded corners ideal for reading, resting, or meditation.
Much of the fresh vegan food served on site is grown in the property’s own vegetable garden and fruit forest. Sustainability is woven throughout the design, including recycled materials, solar power, rainwater collection, wastewater treatment, and energy-efficient systems.
With inspiring views of Koggala Lake from every room, unique architectural details, and easy access to nearby beaches and surf breaks, Lanka Yoga offers an environment that is both grounding and expansive.
Yoganica embodied flow
In our YTT, we teach the Yoganica Embodied Flow Method, a multi-modality practice integrating Prana Flow Vinyasa, Kundalini Kriya, and Somatic Yoga Practices. This approach moves energy, cultivates awareness, and deepens the body–mind connection, accessible to all levels. While exploring these interwoven practices, the course primarily focuses on our unique, fluid, intentional, and transformative Vinyasa Yoga.
Prana Vinyassa
This practice links breath and movement to guide energy with intention. Accessible to all levels, it can support beginners or deepen the challenge for advanced practitioners.
Prana Vinyasa teaches conscious, safe movement while cultivating strength, fluidity, and energetic alignment, enhancing the purpose behind each practice..
Kundalini Kriya
Through strong breathwork and dynamic movement, we learn to shift our inner state — awakening dormant energy and guiding it with intention.
These rhythmic practices build vitality, clear stagnation, and expand awareness. Over time, the kriyas become a moving meditation that aligns energy and purpose, creating deep, lasting transformation from within.
Somatic Movement
A gentle, inward practice that helps students reconnect with sensation and release held tension. Somatic practices guide the nervous system toward greater ease and awareness while cultivating fluidity, alignment, and mindful embodiment.
Somatic Yoga strengthens the body–mind connection and prepares practitioners to move safely and intentionally through more dynamic practices.
